Education/Training: Washington and Lee University, Wake Forest University School of Medicine, George Washington University Obstetrics and Gynecology Residency Program

Why OB/GYN? Because 12 hours seems like 2 hours when I do OB/GYN. I have the privilege of guiding families through their strongest, happiest, and most challenging moments. My job is the most exciting and happiest in the entire world, and I would never pick anything else.

Who Knew: She was a lifeguard and swim instructor before becoming an OB/GYN

Travel Memories: Traveling to Nicaragua, deep sea fishing in Mexico, honeymooning in Bermuda, and hitchhiking in Greece

Someday I plan to go to: Japan and Australia

These are some things I do in my spare time: Running, painting, and spending time with my husband and dog.

A really big accomplishment: Running varsity cross country and track in college

Favorite TV Show: The Bachelor, Game of Thrones. I have really sophisticated taste in TV.
