Flynn Millard O’Neill is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing in the Washington D.C. area for nearly a decade. As a young teen, Flynn was an emergency medical technician and ambulance driver in her hometown of Darien, Connecticut. She pursued her interest in medicine at the University of Virginia, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Flynn chose to practice as a registered nurse in Jackson Hole, Wyoming where she fell in love with women’s healthcare and the gorgeous Grand Tetons. She received her Masters of Science degree at Georgetown University in 2008 after completing their Family Nurse Practitioner program. During her schooling, she worked as a labor and delivery nurse at Sibley Memorial Hospital helping to deliver the newest additions to many D.C. families. Her medical interests include genetic testing for heredity cancers, polycystic ovarian syndrome, and female infertility. She performs gynecologic procedures at our office including colposcopy, vulvar biopsies, sonohysterograms, and intrauterine device insertions. In her spare time she teaches yoga and is a consultant for Glucose Mama, a gestational diabetes app currently in development. Additionally, she is co-founder of Stork LLC, a childbirth education company in the D.C. area. Flynn lives in Northwest D.C. with her son Charlie and husband Andrew.
