
Dr. Azza Abdalla is a board certified OB/GYN who was born in Providence, Rhode Island and raised in South Carolina. She greatly values spending time with her patients to get to know them as individuals and providing them with the information, guidance, and counseling needed to make the best thoughtful and informed decisions for themselves. Dr. Abdalla has a strong interest in cultural competency in the field obstetrics and gynecology, family planning, and minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
Dr. Abdalla completed her undergraduate studies in Biological Sciences with a Minor in Medical Humanities at the South Carolina Honors College at the University of South Carolina. She received her medical degree from the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, South Carolina. She completed her residency training at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, North Carolina. When away from the hospital or the office, you will find her connecting with friends and family, taking a stroll along the National Mall or the Washington D.C. museums, or trying the many amazing restaurants in the DMV area.
